Looks like you are having a wonderful time. I was hoping to see pictures of the Salsa lessons but hopefully they are coming. Give Erin a hug from us!
ReplyDeleteMural is looking great, and its wonderful to see all your smiling faces despite what looks like very hard work! Yesterday's snow was a bit heavy to shovel at the end of the drive way, but I suspect still lighter than all of the concrete you are working with! Can't wait to see the finished impact on the school grounds. Hope you have plenty of before and after picts! Miss you, Andreas! Lots of love from all of us here!
ReplyDeleteI can see the place starting to take shape, you all are doing great work.
ReplyDeleteYou guys are working so hard- everyone looks so focused (bring some of that home --haha) --its great to see it progressing so much in such little time!! Great job--you should all be so proud!! Glad to see Evan is getting his workout in :) Luke-did you offer to fill the bucket with water for a little break...lol You are doing huge things kiddo -Love & miss you-- I hope the next few days go by slowly for you so that you may enjoy & absorb it all. Your halfway done. Mia, you always have a shovel in your hands--bet Matt would've liked that with all the snow he has had to shovel... :) Can't wait to see the salsa pics - I hope your day today is amazing as you all are!!!! xoxoxo
ReplyDeleteWow! Looks great! All of us are impressed with the progress you have made and are so proud of all of you for making a difference in the lives of these kids. Love and miss you so much Sarah! xoxo
ReplyDeleteSo I guess I'm not the only one who was hoping for salsa photos! Col, have you gone through all the food you brought? I'm curious to hear about the daily "routines"...the food, the guest house, the sights you're seeing in your free time. So many wonderful experiences! I miss you, though. I was driving home yesterday from work and picked up my phone to check in with you and realized that it wasn't an option...yes, I had a moment. Love you so much, Col!
ReplyDeleteThere are some really good pics on the Infinity Facebook page, including salsa pics. There is a fantastic pic with everyone standing on the wall looking out towards the mountain. That one is exceptional. Jenna, we miss and love you and you know how proud we are.
ReplyDeleteThanks to Mary and Lori for reminding us to check out the photos on Facebook - I agree with Lori; I got goosebumps when I saw the one of everyone holding hands and looking out across the valley - a framer for sure! I also love the mural - it really brightens things up! Seeing the living conditions makes me feel ashamed of the way we waste space and neglect to pay closer attention to how others live. Thanks to all of you for raising awareness of that reality. Keep up the good work, have fun, and stay safe! Love and miss you, Alanna!! XO
ReplyDeleteHey Guys and Gals! So good to see you all working hard and smiling! Makes me think of a few projects I need done at home...hmmm Mia you look so comfortable with that shovel :) I am sure Matt will gladly hand you over the shovel when you get home, as he has been digging us our for days, although now it is raining. The temps are suppose to go up tomorrow for a couple of days...ahhh some warmth I hope. Soak it up you guys you are so fortunate to be somewhere that is not grey and cold. Enjoy each moment.
ReplyDeleteMia my sweet you are abundantly missed...I love you so much angel, sending you 5 magic kisses just because xxxxx
Be safe and sweet dreams to all
