Day Two Worksite

View from the school

Today we continued working on our construction projects at the school.  Everyone is working sooooo hard.  We also had some time to play with the adorable schoolchildren in Vuelta Grande.  Later in the afternoon, we toured a coffee plantation.  Lots of fun!

  1. Wow, the scenery is absolutely amazing! It looks as though you're all doing a fantastic job and getting so much accomplished in such a short time. Col, don't forget that Dad packed lots of work gloves...I think they're in the duffel with the flip flops. Keep up the good work everyone and have fun! Soak up that sunshine while you can--more snow on the way today here at home! Love you so much, Col, and miss your beautiful face and laugh! xoxo

  6. Looks like very hard work in very hot weather - too bad we can't send you a little of the snow we've had in TWO storms since you left to cool off! You should all be proud of your efforts down there. Oh one more thing: Jenna , don't go rolling down the mountain like the soccer balls!
